DELIVERIES & RETURNS
All our orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours (working days).
We do everything possible to ensure that your coffee arrives as quickly as possible! Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday.
In periods of high activity, the preparation time of the order may be extended.
You will receive a message by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order in order to be informed of the good delivery of your package.
We accept returns on non-perishable products (equipment and accessories).
Returns are refused on coffee in accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code "the right of withdrawal can not be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

Refunds will be made to your original method of payment within 3 days of receipt of your return.
