Description

The longer the water passes through the coffee powder, the stronger the resulting aroma.
This is why the angle of the Deep Driper is 45° (as opposed to 60° for a normal conical dripper ), which reduces the flow rate and allows the water to stagnate longer to release all the aromas.
Thanks to its hexagonal shape, a layer of air is maintained between the filter and the dripper, allowing the coffee grounds to expand fully.
