To maintain the lively taste of specialty coffee, simply add a small amount of air.
To accentuate the mellowness, you need to whisk well. By adding air, the temperature of the coffee can be adjusted to an appropriate temperature that is not too hot.
It is said that if you add 30°C to the temperature of the human body, this is the optimum temperature for feeling the delight.

Made in Japan, this set contains an earth-toned porcelain bowl (OMB-2R) and cup (OTC-1R ), a chasen (a kind of whisk for aerating coffee) and a chasen holder.
Cup and bowl are microwave and dishwasher safe.
Caution: a sudden change in temperature may cause the products to break or shatter.
